Our supervision team works directly with clients and supervise our team of technicians. We are a collaborative team of professionals. Our AK group has a clinic, therapeutic preschool and day school. We also offer services in the clients home and community. We encourage our technician staff to seek certification and as a result over half of our technician staff return to school. Qualifications for Technician: A minimum of a High school diploma although an Associate's degree in a related field or Bachelor's degree is preferred Possess a reliable means of transportation, valid driver's license and automobile insurance Ability to communicate effectively, utilizing both written and verbal skills Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism Compassionate and understanding Legal authorization to work in the United States of America Must pass a criminal background check Must be available between M-F for at least 2 after school session times between 3:30-6:30 pm Preferred Qualifications Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis and/or managing children with challenging behaviors Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) card or active CPR card Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential on file with BACB Experience working with individuals with special needs Please include in your cover letter the area's in which you are willing to work with clients, the times and days you are available if offered employment and if you are interested in full or part-time employment.
