HII-Camber is currently seeking a qualified person to fill the role of Deployment Plans and Exercise Support at Shaw, AFB, SC . This position is contingent upon contract award.
The following statements of duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide advice and high-level analytical assistance to support USAFCENT exercise deployment and redeployment planning.
Provide personnel and equipment data management for JOPES and DCAPES in support of exercise operations.
Coordinate with AFPC to fill exercise shortfalls.
Ensure AFPC shortfalls are mitigated and alternate support solutions are developed.
Develop exercise personnel orders, reporting instructions, and transportation requirements to the exercise location.
Coordinate with other component and coalition exercise participants to ensure planning integration is accomplished.
Coordinate with Air Force Material Command (AFMC), to establish and reactivate Department of Defense Activity Address Codes (DoDAACs).
Assist in developing the exercise DRMD.
Organize and conduct meetings, conferences, and briefings in support of CJCS and other command exercises as required.
Develop and present exercise-related briefings to command leadership.
Assist in the development and publishing of formal exercise after-action reports in coordination with the USAFCENT Staff.
Attend/ participate in USCENTCOM and ACC exercise conferences and VTCs as required. Conduct all administrative requirements to facilitate exercise planning, briefs, and travel.
Support the development, management, promulgation, and distribution of exercise schedules.
Provide expertise in all aspects of TPFDD support for USAFCENT exercise planning and execution in accordance with JOPES VOL III and adherence to the USCENTCOM Supplemental TPFDD Letter of Instruction (LOI).
Oversee personnel and cargo ULNs and tailoring of equipment requirements for FAM to ensure unit taskings are built correctly.
Review component verified ULNs and submit in USCENTCOM Newsgroup for Combatant Commander (CCDR) validation in support of CJCS directed and component level exercises.
Assist in coordinating the flow of personnel and cargo to destinations throughout the USCENTCOM AOR in support of CJCS directed and component level exercises.
Assist in the development of MAJCOM/Aviation ULN data input in JOPES and DCAPES in support of CJCS directed and component level exercises.
Assist in the development of MAJCOM/Aviation ULN data input in JOPES and DCAPES in support of contingency operations as required.
Track U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) allocated airlift missions for validated exercise ULNs using Single Mobility System (SMS).
Unlock validated ULNs to reset applicable fields in DCAPES enabling MAJCOM/Unit to have visibility of taskings and in order to accomplish Contingency Exercise Deployment (CED) orders.
Complete Plan ID (PID) maintenance for validated requirements in JOPES/DCAPES in support of CJCS directed and component level exercises as required.
Participate in weekly USCENTCOM Defense Collaboration Services (DCS) providing senior leadership status report on exercise related ULNs.
Ensure Load plans and hazardous declaration clearances are accomplished and submitted in Validation Newsgroups. Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of two years’ experience using JOPES and DCAPES.
Minimum of one years’ experience with USCENTCOM and USAFCENT or other NAF exercise processes and procedures.
US Citizenship required
Must have and maintain a valid U.S. passport
Candidate must possess Secret Clearance
